Our hours of operation for shipping are Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm (GMT-7), excluding weekends. Orders placed on weekends, will not be processed until the next business day.

All orders have to be processed and fulfilled before shipment. Our team will take up to 1-2 business days to process your orders. After the item is processed and fulfilled, our team will ship out your item and our transit time on orders range from 3-7 business days.

Avionnti offer returns and refunds for items within 14-day of receipt of shipment, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund.

To be eligible for return and refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
