Our hours of operation for shipping are Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm (GMT-7), excluding weekends. Orders placed on weekends, will not be processed until the next business day.

All orders have to be processed and fulfilled before shipment. Our team will take up to 1-2 business days to process your orders. After the item is processed and fulfilled, our team will ship out your item and our transit time on orders range from 3-7 business days.

  2. Follow the instructions given and track your order.


  • You can find the following information in the shipping confirmation email.
  • Do not get panic when you see your tracking information shows "Could Not Find Order". This usually appears when we have just fulfilled and shipped out your order, it will take up to 24-48 hours for the courier service to scan your parcel into their system.
  • We advice you to start tracking your order status 48-72 hours after you received your order tracking number from us.
  • But in very rare cases, if you are still not able to track your order status after the given timeframe, please contact us at and we will help you to investigate further.



Avionnti shall not be held liable for any possible taxes and duties which may be charged and apply by customs in the country where the delivery is placed. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed, rest solely with the customers.
