Thank you for choosing Avionnti for your online shopping needs. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we want to make the process as clear and straightforward as possible. Please read our detailed return policy below to ensure a smooth return experience.

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Avionnti generally offers returns provided that the customer contacts us within 14 days of receiving their item.
  • Please note that there are selected products that are not eligible for our Return & Refund Policy under any circumstances (see Point 2)
  • Returns are categorized into two main types: Free Returns (see Point 1.1) and Customer Remorse Returns (see Point 1.2).

1.1 Free Returns:

  • Free returns are applicable if your item falls under one of the following criteria:
    • The item is received damaged, defective, or faulty.
    • Wrong item delivered (item differs from the ordered item).
    • The item is damaged on arrival, making it unusable.

Free Returns Process:

    • To initiate a Free Return, please follow these steps:
      1. Email us (support@avionnti.com) to initiate a return, providing your order number, reason for return, and photos/videos illustrating the damage/defect (mandatory).
      2. Wait 1-2 business days for our response as we review your request.
      3. If our team verifies that your item is eligible for a Free Return, we will provide you with a return label.
      4. You can choose to receive a full refund or a replacement item.
      5. Upon receiving the return label, ensure the item is packaged properly in its original packaging and sent back to our warehouse.

1.2 Customer Remorse Returns:

  • Customer Remorse Returns are applicable when you want to return an item due to personal preference, wrong size, variant, or simply no longer want the item.
  • For Customer Remorse Returns, you will be responsible for the return fees, which include the return shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Customer Remorse Returns Process:

    • To initiate a Customer Remorse Return, follow these steps:
      1. Email us (support@avionnti.com) to initiate a return, providing your order number and the reason for return.
      2. Wait 1-2 business days for our response. We will provide you with the return fees (return shipping fee + 10% restocking fee).
      3. A return label will only be provided if you agree to bear the fees.
      4. Ensure the item is returned in the same condition as when you received it – brand new, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
      5. Follow the instructions provided in the email carefully.

2. Products Ineligible for Returns:

    1. Contact us with detailed information about the issue you're experiencing and provide photos or videos to illustrate the problem.
    2. Wait for our response as our team reviews your concern.
    3. We will respond with an appropriate solution, which may include troubleshooting guidance or providing replacement parts, depending on the nature of the issue.

3. Circumstances Not Eligible for Returns: 

  • In some cases, there are circumstances that do not qualify for returns. These include:
    • Minor Damages: Minor imperfections, such as scratches or cosmetic blemishes, which do not impact the overall functionality or usability of the item.
    • Packaging Damage: Damage to the packaging during transit that does not affect the item's condition or functionality. At Avionnti, we take utmost care to ensure that all orders are packaged securely and meticulously before they are shipped to our valued customers. However, it's important to note that once your order leaves our facilities and is in transit, we have limited control over how it is handled and transported by third-party carriers. Despite our best efforts, there may be instances where minor damages occur during transit or where the packaging sustains some external wear and tear.

    IMPORTANT POINTS TO NOTE

    • When initiating a return, please ensure that you include your order number (e.g: #AV10010)
    • We kindly remind our valued customers that providing photographic or video evidence to substantiate any damage, defect, or fault with the received product is mandatory in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Please note that failure to provide the aforementioned proof will render the customer ineligible for free returns. In such cases, the return will be considered as an instance of self-remorse, and the customer will be liable for the return shipping cost, along with a 10% restocking fee, as no evidence was provided. We regret to inform you that we cannot accept responsibility for circumstances beyond our control, such as instances where customers have repackaged the product without providing any supporting evidence, despite being requested to do so.
    • Cancellations, changes or modifications: Order cancellations, changes or modifications are not possible once the order has been placed. All sales are final.
    • When returning items purchased from us, please make use of the designated return shipping labels provided after obtaining a return authorization from us. This is because without our designated return shipping labels or prior authorization, it becomes impossible for us to locate your returned package in our warehouse system. If you choose to return items using your own shipping method without utilizing our designated return shipping labels or fail to obtain return authorization from us, we regret to inform you that we cannot guarantee a refund. 
    • Our Return & Refund policy is based on the day upon receiving the item. Not purchase day.
    • If your order never arrived, please refer to our Lost Package Policy.
    • Avionnti cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Avionnti will not be liable if the returned item is not received. Considering that the customer is the sender and shipper in this case, it is your responsibility to ensure that returned items are delivered to the right address in accordance with the shipping address on the return shipping label.
