Returns & Refunds

Avionnti offer returns and refunds for items within 14-day of receipt of shipment, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund.

To be eligible for return and refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return and refund, email support@avionnti.com to obtain a Return Authorization and shipping instructions. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Save your shipping receipt and tracking number for proof of return delivery. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or item sent back to us without using our return shipping label will not be accepted.

Please read through our return and refund policy to fully understand our procedure if you wish to return your ordered item after it has been processed, shipped and delivered.

We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged by the return shipping company. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN?

If for any specific reasons you do need to return something to us, follow complete steps below to initiate a return:

  1. Drop us a query at here with information such as below:
  • Your full name
  • Order ID. (i.e. #AVXXXX)
  • Reason for return. You may refer to our Refund Policy section below to understand what circumstances an ordered item can be returned and refunded.
  1. Provide us information such as receipts, invoice, videos and images as a proof if it's applicable for any of the reason stated below:
  • Damaged on arrival
  • Faulty manufacturing or broken after use
  • It is a wrong product, size, color or variants
  1. Once we received your query, we will investigate and get back to you within 24-48 hours.

  2. By the next 24-48 hours, after our internal team has reviewed your query and information and if it is successfully approved, our team will provide you 2 choices:
  • You are eligible for a full refund, under the circumstances where you need to return the item back to us in the same condition as how you received it, new, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • We will replace and deliver a brand-new item to your doorstep, under the circumstances where you need to return the item back to us in the same condition as how you received it, new, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  1. Whether you wish to get a full refund or item replaced, please take note that:

In order to do a return, you have to return the item within 14-days of receiving the item, not purchase day.

  • Avionnti will bear the actual cost of return shipping only under the circumstances that the item you received was damaged, faulty or defective upon arrival. 

  • Meanwhile, if the reason you initiate a return and refund is because you purchased the wrong item, wrong size and variant or you just no longer want the item; self-remorse in general, you will need to bear the actual cost of return shipping to get the item shipped back to us in order to get a refund.

  • Make sure to return the item in the same condition as when you received it, brand-new, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please carefully follow the instructions provided by Avionnti, as failure to do so may result in damage to the item. Avionnti will not be responsible and you will not be entitled to a refund nor will you get a replacement of a brand-new item if Avionnti receives the return item in damaged, faulty, or defective condition. 
    • In addition, Avionnti cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Avionnti will not be liable if the returned item is not received. Considering that the customer is the sender and shipper in this case, it is your responsibility to ensure that returned items are delivered to the right address in accordance with the shipping address on the return shipping label. 
    1. After you get the item shipped back to our warehouse address, kindly scan, screenshot or capture the receipt for us to confirm that the item has been shipped by you. 

    2. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will proceed to take action accordingly as per choices made by you stated at (Point 4.)

    3. You’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to five business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund amount.

    EXCHANGES
    Recalling or exchanging packages and cancelling orders is not possible after order has been processed and shipped. If you changed your mind and you intend to change the item's colors or sizes, you have to let us know before your order has been processed and shipped. 

    What does "order has been processed" means? 

    • When you receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number from our team, it means that your order has already been fulfilled, processed and shipped. If the order has been processed, any recalling, exchanging and cancelling items will not be allowed.

     

    DAMAGES AND ISSUES
    If your item is found faulty and upon verification from Avionnti that the item is:

    • Faulty or broken after use - Manufacturing defect
    • Wrong item delivered - Delivered item differ from ordered items
    • Damaged on arrival - Damage causing item to not fulfil its purpose.

    You are eligible for a full refund within 14-days and Avionnti will bear the actual cost of return shipping to get the item shipped back to us 


    FOR CUSTOMER REMORSE
    Meanwhile, if the reason you initiate a return and refund is because you purchased the wrong item, wrong size and variant or you just no longer want the item; self-remorse in general, you will need to bear the actual cost of return shipping to get the item shipped back to us and in order to get back a full refund.

    Make sure to return the item in the same condition as when you received it, brand-new, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please carefully follow the instructions provided by Avionnti, as failure to do so may result in damage to the item. Avionnti will not be responsible and you will not be entitled to a refund nor will you get a replacement of a brand-new item if Avionnti receives the return item in damaged, faulty, or defective condition. 

    RESTOCKING FEES
    All returned items will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your total refund amount. Restocking fees are charged only on returns or exchanges made at the customer’s discretion (as a result of self-remorse in general), not on returns or exchanges of defective items. 

    EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
    All of our products are eligible for a return under the circumstances where your situation fits our criteria and policy for a return and refund.

     

    WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEMS NEVER ARRIVED?
    If your item has not arrived after the given shipment timeframe, please contact our Customer Service Specialist Team here.

    Please provide following information so that our team can get back to you as soon as possible:

    1. E-mail us at support@avionnti.com with subject: Item never arrived
    2. Your full name and Order ID

    Here's the full procedure on how Avionnti's Customer Service Specialist team will handle this case.

    1. You may find your Order ID from the Order Confirmation Email / Order Shipping Details Email that we sent to you.
    2. Once Avionnti received a query from you, we would be able to retrieve your record from our system based on the information you gave us.
    3. On the next 3-5 business days, we will undergo an investigation with the Courier Service Provider to get an update regarding your order delivery status.


    There will only be 2 possible outcomes from the investigation which are:

    1. Your parcel is either still in Pre-shipment, In-transit or it is still on its way to your destination (After the given timeframe for shipping).

    Solution for Outcome 1
    We will get back to you and let you know the item's current delivery status. If there's a delay of shipment, we will provide you an estimation of how long the delay will take. From there, we will discuss if you're okay to wait a little bit longer or else, we will make a full refund back to you without further question asked.

    1. On rare cases, your parcel is lost.

    Solution for Outcome 2
    We will provide you a full refund without further question asked. We will notify you once again after making the refund. Please note that your banking institution may require additional time to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-­5 business days).

    In order to do a return or refund, you have to return the item within 14-days of receiving the item.
