Refund Policies

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If the item is defective, damaged, or received the wrong item, please contact us immediately, and send your order number and a photo or video of the product so we can assess the problem and correct it.

To be eligible for return and refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return and refund, you can contact us at support@avionnti.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Avionnti will bear the shipping cost of return only by the situation that the item you received was faulty, damaged or with other defective upon arrival.

NOTE: For returns with the reasons that you purchased the wrong item, wrong size, or wrong variants or you just don't like the item any longer, customers need to bear the shipping cost of the returned package. In addition, any package loss or damage should be the responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Items unboxed and can't be packed again like original, products used, dirty or worn, or parts broken won't be accepted for return. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

FOR CUSTOMER REMORSE
Meanwhile, if the reason you initiate a return and refund is because you purchased the wrong item, wrong size and variant or you just no longer want the item, you will need to bare the actual cost of return shipping to get the item shipped back to us and in order to get back a full refund.
